He thinks this book may hold a key to destroying Ishtvan or driving him out of the valley. The text was once kept in the library of the lords castle, holló rész, northwest of the town. Danovitch was unable to journey there to find it, and in any case was too afraid. He writes that he asked Madam Eva about the book, but her answers were unclear.
